STAGE ZERO offers a "Dance Lesson Program" that allows for systematic learning of the fundamental techniques and expressive skills needed to work as an idol artist.
Through small group lessons of five students per class, we provide detailed guidance tailored to the characteristics and challenges of each participant. Lessons are held irregularly.
Please apply using the dedicated form as soon as the schedule is released.
This program is divided into three levels: "Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced," according to experience and skill. Through gradual growth, participants will steadily enhance their expressive capabilities on stage.
This lesson is designed for those with no dance experience or those looking to solidify their foundation. Focusing on body movements in time with music, rhythm training, and step work, we develop basic physical fitness and posture as performers. The emphasis is on "feeling the music" rather than "dancing accurately," allowing participants to acquire natural movement.
Building on the foundation established in the beginner level, this stage adds an understanding of choreography, physical expression, and awareness of formation to complete team performances. Participants will learn practical elements to shine on stage, such as dynamics in movement and the use of gaze. Emphasis is placed on a sense of unity within the group, honing both cooperation and leadership skills.
The advanced level involves performance instruction modeled after actual live stages. Training is comprehensive, covering formations, camera work, stage direction, and communication with the audience. Through impromptu guidance by instructors and expression check, participants refine the "power to attract" and "power to convey" required as professionals.
In addition to standard group lessons, STAGE ZERO also offers paid individual lessons. Because group lessons progress within a predetermined time allocation, there may not be sufficient time for instructors to address each individual’s challenges adequately.
If you want to clarify your challenges, know specifically what to improve for advancement, or achieve results in a short time, we recommend taking individual lessons.
In individual lessons, instructors clarify current challenges from three perspectives: motion analysis, posture improvement, and expressiveness direction, and design a growth path together. This program is ideal for those who actively aim higher and want to deepen their learning independently.
STAGE ZERO has implemented a "Mile System" to visualize students' efforts and boost motivation. Students who receive high evaluations from instructors are awarded miles based on the lesson content.
Miles are a "proof of growth" and a system where continuous effort accumulates as a numerical value. Evaluation criteria from instructors are set from multiple perspectives, not only technical skills but also posture, cooperation, and expressiveness.
At STAGE ZERO, students who accumulate "50,000 miles" are officially recognized as debut-confirmed members.
This system is designed not only for skill acquisition but as a growth model where "continued effort directly leads to a career." Miles are accumulated through lessons, evaluations, and event participation.
Every action functions as a "clear indicator" connecting to future debut opportunities.
STAGE ZERO's dance lessons are not just a place for skill acquisition. They are a space for discovering one's own possibilities through self-expression on stage and creating results as part of a team. The skills cultivated here connect not only to an artist's career but also to self-expressive and collaborative abilities that are valuable in society.
