After logging in, you can submit a withdrawal request from the "Withdrawal" section on your My Page. If you submit the withdrawal request by 24:00 on the day before the update date, your membership will end upon the expiration of the membership validity period. Please note that if you miss the deadline, your membership will be suspended after the next renewal. Miles and points accrued in your account will expire upon the expiration of the membership validity period. There are no refunds for membership fees or points.
