The membership validity period will be automatically renewed monthly for monthly members and annually for yearly members, starting from the enrollment date. For example, if you enrolled as a monthly member on January 15, your initial membership period will be until February 14, and it will auto-renew every month on the 15th thereafter. If you wish to cancel your membership, please complete the process from your My Page by 24:00 on the day before the next renewal date. Even if you have completed the cancellation process, you can continue to use the membership until the validity period expires.
