The abilities required of modern idol artists are not limited to just "singing" and "dancing." It's essential to understand one’s own charm and to be able to verbalize, express, and communicate it effectively.
This means that "self-production ability" is the most crucial factor for sustaining a long-term career.
In the self-production course at STAGE ZERO, we cultivate the ability to clarify individual personality and worldview, and to construct it in a way that resonates with fans and media. This is a practical and strategic program that incorporates aspects of marketing and branding.
The self-production course is structured into three levels: "Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced."
We will theoretically organize the instinctive process of "self-expression" and establish your communication framework as an artist.
This phase starts with deepening self-understanding. We clarify "Who am I?", "How do I want to be seen?", and "What impression do I want to leave?" and learn self-branding from both inner and outer perspectives.
We systematically organize the basics of impression formation, including photography, speech style, profile descriptions, and demeanor.
This stage involves learning how to "construct" your brand identity. You will practically learn design strategies to create a cohesive worldview through visuals, colors, words, musicality, and fashion. Additionally, we will develop the perspective of "how to convey your story," which includes communication with fans and social media engagement.
In the advanced stage, you will hone your promotional design, media response, and brand collaboration skills to meet real industry standards. The goal is to specifically construct how to deliver "yourself as a work" to society and to understand the business foundations of your artistic activities.
Through individual guidance from instructors, you will also work on real profile improvement and social media enhancement.
Self-production is an area heavily influenced by individual personality. Therefore, STAGE ZERO offers paid individual consulting lessons as well.
Each session (60 minutes) costs 11,000 JPY (tax included) and is available by reservation only, with the option to choose your instructor.
If you feel "uncertain about my direction," "don't know how to resonate with fans," or "want to completely redesign my branding," we strongly recommend individual lessons. The instructor will help clarify your strengths, challenges, and goals to collaboratively design a production strategy that maximizes "your uniqueness."
The self-production course, like other lessons, is also eligible for the mile system.
Based on evaluations from instructors, the following miles will be awarded:
The evaluation criteria are set from various perspectives, including the depth of self-understanding, communication ability, consistency of expression, and communication design. We emphasize not just the act of communicating but also how it is received by others.
At STAGE ZERO, when the total miles accumulated through all lessons reaches 50,000 miles, your debut will be confirmed. The communication skills and worldview design abilities gained in the self-production course will serve as core skills for future activities, including group performances, solo acts, fan club operations, and corporate collaborations.
Self-production means "designing yourself as an artist." The ability to create intentional showings and communications, rather than leaving it to chance, serves as the foundation for all stage expressions.
At STAGE ZERO, we aim to develop reproducible branding that does not rely solely on intuition, helping you establish yourself as a singular "brand." The first step to shining on stage begins with a deep understanding of yourself. This is the place where you can draw up that "blueprint"—STAGE ZERO.
